| Sad day MONSTAH LOBSTAH on platt street has closed for business... Landlord is being foreclosed on for this property by the bank of Tampa I pay rent he didn't pay mortgage. I was warned by many people when I was signing the lease and for good reason everybody said don't do business with this guy (owner/landlord) people said he could not be trusted. He knew he was gonna lose this building when he handed me the lease he wasn't paying the bank he knew.
I became concerned when he leased my parking lot to lunch trucks I just accepted it and made lemonade out of lemons little did I know that was just the beginning. A month ago he came in and took most of the equipment out that came with our building in the lease fryer,stove,beer coolers,sandwitch prep etc. telling me he needed it for another project he had when really he did it to put my business in jepardy he broke the terms of our agreement pulling the business and beer license and then calling the city to to report me and then last week tried towing my customers cars while they were eating. To do this to me when he knows I have two young children, It's so wrong. I am down but not out, I have 2-3 locations I'm looking at and will be back up any running within the next month.
